Job Description
At the Pullman Melbourne on the Park, we are seeking a dynamic people person who has a keen eye for detail to join our Front Office Team as Assistant Night Manager on a Full-Time basis.
You will:
· Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure
· Offer and maintain highest level of customer service to the guests at all times
· Carry out tasks as specified by the Night Manager and or Front office Assistant Manager.
· Assist the Night Manager in preparing all overnight reports & cross checking and balancing of daily transactions for all outlets.
· Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide precise, helpful information
· Ensure safety of all guests and employees and coordinate with other hotel departments for any maintenance or emergency needs
· Monitor security and safety protocols, including surveillance systems and building access.
· Provide leadership and guidance to staff during the night shift.
Qualifications
· Have a good level of computer literacy - Excel and Opera
· Be analytical and possess an eye for detail
· Able to maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
· Adaptable with a guest centric mindset
· Must have previous experience in a similar role
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Flexibility to work overnight shifts.
