Job Description

Assistant FB Manager
Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:
Active substitution in the absence of FB Manager.
Ensuring the smooth operation of all centers of the catering section of the F&B (restaurant, cafe, banquet facilities).
Managing colleagues at all F&B centers including students, temporary workers and agency colleagues.
Shift planning.
Leading various projects, increasing sales.
Continuous training of colleagues, monitoring compliance with standards, motivation and leadership of individual teams.
Close cooperation with the chef and the entire kitchen, reception and reservation department.
Regular contact with guests, dealing with any complaints or claims.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
