Job Description
As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.
· Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team. Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
· Strategize on new products and service offerings. Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
· Active floor management and order expediting, driving the service vision within the Outlets to build guest loyalty and outstanding service results. Ensure that all colleagues are trained and held accountable for brand standards and that colleagues are always reflective of our grooming standards and in a clean and proper uniform.
· Take initiative to uphold brand standards and demonstrates confidence when addressing issues as they arise. Consistently has a presence with our colleagues while balancing any designated administrative tasks. Engage external and internal guests alike on a consistent basis.
· Provide exceptional guest service, employee satisfaction and accountability, and overall hospitality to our in-house and local guest. Take responsibility to uphold the cleanliness, maintenance, and storage procedures.
· Be an excellent communicator and effectively reports back to F&B Management team on daily happenings, needs, and observations in the various outlets. Execute opening and closing checklists. Review daily reports (Arrival, VIP, Group Resumes, etc.) and communicates all special requirements and monitors execution.
