Job Description

Greet guests  - at the hotel driveway with genuine warmth and energy, ensuring their arrival experience is as seamless as it is unforgettable

Guide & assist —offer helpful information about our hotel services, local attractions, and anything else to make their stay truly exceptional

Lend a hand with luggage , ensuring every guest's belongings are handled with care

Valet Parking — organizing the movement of cars on the driveway and liaising with the concierge team 

Create moments of connection —engage in friendly conversations, listen to guests’ stories, and make their stay memorable through genuine human interaction

Qualifications

You are: 

A  people person  with a bright, outgoing personality

Someone who thrives in a  diverse environment , able to confidently interact with guests from all walks of life

Committed to going an extra mile to make every guest fee; like they belong

Personality, commitment and a positive attitude above all

Full Driver’s license
