Job Description
What awaits you:
As part of the Talent & Culture (HR) team overseeing Communications, you will contribute to greater visibility of the Group’s Talent & Culture (HR)’s global programs, teams, initiatives and achievements, internally and externally, in various topics including - but not limited to - Employer Branding, DEI, and Talent Attraction.
You will also be involved with supporting the Global Chief HR Officer’s and the HR senior leadership team’s executive communications with regards to media interviews, panels or podcast briefs, and LinkedIn messaging.
What you can look forward to:
Coordination of T&C Communications projects with various stakeholders including Corporate Communications leads (Social Media and Digital, External Corporate Communications, Internal Corporate Communications, etc.) and T&C functions and global regional teams.
Participating in the development and implementation of communication plans for various T&C projects (such as launch of internal programs and global initiatives), and analysing results of our communications initiatives.
Creation and editing of content (Ex: press releases, key messaging, email invitations, intranet articles, video creations) and development of toolkits for global roll-out purposes.
Production of online & offline communications materials, including Powerpoint presentations.
Contribute to the Accor T&C intranet content.
Participation in the organization of key events/programs to be rolled out at the global head office or externally such as internal T&C (HR) meetings.
Liaising with external agencies and freelancers.
Any other adhoc assignments relating to Talent & Culture Communications.

Level of studies: + 4 / +5
Fields of Studies: HR, Communication, Tourism
Professional Experience: Previous internship(s), international experience a plus
Start Date: January 2025 (6 months)
Additional Information
Based at international headquarters in Paris, you will be under the responsibility of and work closely with the Global Director of Talent & Culture (HR) Communications.
