The Opportunity
The Senior Compliance Officer will serve as a key figure within the Ethics & Anti-Corruption team, focusing on the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance programs that align with international regulations and uphold the company's values.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for compliance topics, including anti-corruption, business partner screening, conflict of interest, gifts and invitations.
* Lead the development and execution of global ethics and anti-corruption policies, ensuring adherence to the Group's Code of Ethics.
* Conduct corruption risk assessments and support on third party risk assessment,
* managing all aspects of the ethics alert system (Integrity Line).
* compliance risk assessments and due diligence on third parties, managing all aspects of the ethics alert system (Integrity Line).
* Oversee training programs on compliance matters, ensuring high engagement and completion rates.
* Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
* Collaborate with various departments, including HR and Legal, and report on compliance activities regularly.
* Guide the coordination of group compliance activities and support local compliance coordinators with urgent issues.

Qualifications
* Master's degree in Law, Ethics, Compliance, Business Administration or related field
* 5+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, or legal roles, with 2+ years in senior compliance positions
* Expert knowledge of global anti-corruption laws and regulations
* Strong leadership abilities with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Demonstrated experience in financial services or technology sectors
* Good knowledge of MS-Office, SharePoint is a plus
