The product marketing team plays a vital role in bringing the value of Worldline’s products to life for our customers. The Head of Product Marketing is the visionary leader and driving force behind how we convey the value of our products and solutions to customers and the market. You will set and steer the product marketing strategy, while coaching a team of product marketing, solution marketing, and enablement managers to convert the value of our products into revenue.
The role demands a creative thinker who can challenge stagnant thinking and ways of working to set new quality standards and inspire internal and external audiences. The Head of Product Marketing sits within the product organization and serves as a crucial link between product and commercial teams, and keeps their finger on the pulse of market trends and customer needs. A passion for driving results is a must, as we increase our focus on driving the adoption of Worldline products and features.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* You translate business needs into comprehensive strategies to position Worldline products and features within the market
* You lead and coach a team of product marketing managers, solution marketing managers, and enablement managers to achieve team goals and personal objectives
* You campaign internally for the power of product marketing, inspiring key stakeholders with the value the function can bring
* You are a doer, who sets a standard of high quality for both the team and output while knowing that progress is better than perfection
* You challenge the status quo, helping innovate how we launch products, bring more awareness of Worldline to the market, and establish new ways of working
* You have a passion for driving results, always measuring and analyzing the performance of the team, marketing campaigns, and engagement with internal resources
* You stay on top of industry and market trends, helping position us for relevance or innovation, and think to how we can shape the future of payments
