As a Warehouse and Transport Specialist you will be part of a small team, consisting of other warehouse technicians and specialists. You will report directly to the External Warehouse Manager. You will support the day-to-day operations by ensuring timely material flows to the production facility with the correct quantity and quality. Together with your team you will continuously develop yourselves and find ways to enhance the overall safety, efficiency, cost, and environment within the external warehouse.

Main activities and responsibilities for these roles

·  Receive good properly identifying improper ASNs/labels and escalating issues in a timely manner
·  Plan and sort material storage based on capacity and flow efficiency
·  Use unverified goods to find missing freight/shortages
·  Identify, document, and communicate damage to packaging and parts
·  Prioritize shipments based on delivery schedule and critical parts analysis
·  Match/Tag freight BOL for accurate loading
·  Ensure dock efficiency
·  Report issues that will impact production 
·  Continuously improve processes and ways of working
·  Identify, prioritize, and solve problems together with your small team
·  Maintain safety in all aspects of operations
·  Manage manpower, absenteeism, and provide coverage for technicians
·  Serve as a role model to other employees
·  Troubleshoot issues
·  Track, develop, and communicate on performance and other reporting

·  Candidates are required to have previous warehouse experience and have operated various types of Powered Industrial Truck equipment
·  Demonstrated Leadership experience
·  Demonstrate understanding of basic transportation concepts
·  Very good and clear communication skill sin a multicultural environment
·  Strong continuous improvement skills
·  Good analytic skill and logical way of thinking
·  Ability to manage crisis and conflicting situations
·  University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or other related field and/or at least 3 years of experience warehousing/transport solutions
·  Fluent in English, other language skills could be considered as a merit
