What you will do

GTO - Service Center Analyst (1 yıllık dönemsel) 

Çalışma Yeri: Tuzla/Orhanlı

Ana Sorumluluklar:

·  Bayi şikayet ve geri bildirimlerini yönetmek, siparişleri takip etmek ve sorunları çözmek.
·  Acil parçaların takibi ve merkezle koordinasyon.
·  Özel fiyatlı siparişlerin yönetimi ve teslimat koordinasyonu.
·  Yerel nakliye şirketleriyle işbirliği yaparak teslimat sorunlarını çözmek.
·  İadeler ve fiyat farkları gibi durumları yönetmek.
·  İhracat operasyonları ve dokümantasyon hazırlığı.
·  Müşteri Hizmetleri hedeflerine katkı sağlamak ve süreç iyileştirmek.
·  Mevcut problemleri bildirmek ve iş geliştirme için kaizen fikirleri yaratmak.
·  Maliyet iyileştirme çalışmalarına katılmak ve problem çözme tekniklerini uygulamak.
·  Motor Yağı Siparişlerinin girişi ve takibi.
·  İç nakliye hasar ve kayıpları için sigorta süreçlerini yönetmek.
·  Sipariş bakiyeleri ve ithalat süreçlerini takip etmek.
·  SAP stok girişleri ve maliyet takibi

Who are you?

Aranan Nitelikler:

·  İlgili bölümlerden üniversite mezunu veya Müşteri Hizmetleri alanında 1-2 yıl tecrübeli.
·  Müşteri odaklı, güçlü iletişim ve problem çözme becerileri.
·  Sonuç ve ayrıntı odaklı, görevleri etkin biçimde odaklama ve öncelik verme becerisi.
·  MS Office uygulamalarına hakim.
·  Takım çalışmasına yatkın, bireysel olarak da çalışabilme becerisi.
·  Proaktif, iyi zaman yönetimi yapabilen, değişikliklere hızlı adapte olabilen.
·  Yazılı ve sözlü olarak orta derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip.
·  İstanbul Anadolu yakasında ikamet etme.
