Are you passionate about uncovering attack chains and exploiting vulnerabilities and security gaps? Do you thrive on simulating real-world threats to help organizations strengthen their defenses? If so, we’re looking for a skilled and driven Red Team Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you’ll conduct realistic attack simulations to identify weaknesses across our systems and applications. Collaborating closely with our security, development, and IT teams, you’ll help remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited by real adversaries. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization’s resilience against evolving threats.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Plan and execute realistic red team engagements to assess the security resilience of our organization’s systems, networks, and applications.
·  Perform post-exploitation activities, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and persistence techniques to identify impact scenarios.
·  Work closely with IT, security, and development teams to provide actionable insights and assist in mitigating identified vulnerabilities.
·  Document red team findings with clear technical and strategic recommendations to improve security posture and detection capabilities.
·  Continuously research, test and familiarize yourself with emerging attack methods, and offensive security trends to enhance red team methodologies.
 

Requirements:

·  Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in offensive security operations.
·  Deep understanding of attack tactics, techniques, and procedures, and familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
·  Strong expertise in Active Directory environments and attacks.
·  Solid knowledge of networking, operating systems, and web application security.
·  Proficient in script writing and programming (PowerShell, Python, Go, Ruby, C#, C/C++ or similar).
·  Excellent communication, collaboration, and reporting skills.
·  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
·  Relevant technical certifications (OSCP, CPTS, CRTO, PNPT) are a strong plus.
·  Expertise in Operational Technology (OT) security is a strong merit.
