Internship - Accounting Department (O2C)

What you will do:

 

Administrative and Accounting Tasks:

·  Registering incoming payments from clients
·  Contacting international clients or local businesses
·  Monitoring outstanding receivables via email or phone
·  Analyzing customer accounts
·  Handling incoming emails in English
·  Sending copies of invoices

 

Assisting the Team with Other Process-Related Tasks:

·  Data archiving
·  Sorting mail
·  Handling incoming post
·  Reconciling items on bank accounts
·  Posting cash reports

It might be for you if:

·  You are a student
·  You have good command of English
·  You are available 5 days a week for approximately 6-8 hours per day
·  You have commitment and goal-oriented approach
·  Precision, independence, and good work organization describes you
·  You feel responsibility for assigned tasks
