The US Marketing Coordinator supports the local marketing functions to ensure Go-to-Market plans are being delivered and executed on time, budget and matching the marketing & business objectives that have been fixed. This position directly reports to the Head of US Engagement Operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Animate & coordinate the local marketing functions, making sure info is effectively shared across teams (weekly meetings, recap emails...)
· Own the local marketing calendar providing a consolidated overview of all pulse points and activities to help streamline teams’ workload and optimize roll-out plans
· Craft the Go-to-Market plan of our key leading brands, gathering all local expertise & plans and share with global teams for consolidated visibility
· Support Head of US Engagement Operations by pulling data & key metrics after each pulse point
· Proactively contribute into optimizing processes with both local & global teams to improve collaboration and gain operational efficiencies
· Provide US industry trends analysis & competition benchmark to feed local teams with relevant insights & inspiration
· Organize regular sync-up with other regions & countries to foster best practices sharing and help local teams mutually broaden their marketing perspectives
· Assist with new marketing initiatives and ad hoc requests
· Assist in the coordination and planning of special local events when needed
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
· Two years of experience in Brand Marketing or Communications functions
· Proven track-record of working effectively with diverse teams, understanding their expertise, specificities & needs
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to design & set-up effective processes
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as excellent communication (verbal and written)
· Appreciation and understanding of current Industry trackers, marketing trends and media landscape
· Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
· Self-motivated, open, curious, proactive and possess strong work ethic
· Marketing analytics skills for assistance with metrics & insights reports

The San Francisco base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $112,000. The base pay offered may vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience among other factors. Compensation details reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, stock options, or benefits.
