·  In charge of one or two teams during the production, you will have to:

o   Act as a Scrum Master and facilitate production routines: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives…

o   Document the various steps of the routine using the proper format and tools

o   Run efficiently the daily production routines

o   Provide accurate visibility to the leadership group and highlight progresses, risks and blockers for your team

o   Ensure production data accuracy through the entire project

o   Create and maintain relevant dashboards for the team and the management of the project

o   Collaborate efficiently with various level seniority stakeholders

o   Support your team to create content for sprint reviews

·  Coordinate efforts, synchronize and prioritize with other project coordinators;
·  Promote and facilitate process improvements;
·  Provide punctual support to the Producer and the Leadership group when required.

 

·  At least 2 years of production / project management experience, ideally in the video game industry.
·  Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
·  Attention to details and appetite for data.
·  Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills.
·  Able to quickly adapt to changing situations and take on new challenges.
·  Passion for creating and playing games, no matter what platform or genre.
·  Excellent communication skills in English.
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint).
·  Knowledge of software development using Scrum and proper Scrum practices.
