Job Description (Job Content)

·  Manage a cost effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line, so as to achieve organization's targeted manufacturing index.
·  Take full ownership on all engineering issues of assigned process.
·  Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
·  Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets.
·  Provide cross functional/cross-dept/cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority.
·  Training of new Engineers & imparting technical knowledge to them.

·  Wafer fabrication technology
·  Fab general safety and mandatory risk assessments
·  Advance semiconductor wafer process
·  Wafer handling system
·  Particulate control and prevention
·  SPC, FDC application for drift detection and inline prevention
·  Process robustness program and improvisation
·  Innovative solutions to manufacturing quality and equipment uptime improvement

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  A Bachelor's Degree in, Electronics and Data, Chemical, Electrical Power Engineering, etc.
·  >3years experience in semiconductor field
·  English business proficiency
·  Ability to learn new concept and have good analytical skills
·  Ability to work in a fast pace environment and able to multi-task
·  Self-driven and independent with an inquisitive mind
·  Able to document projects and create workspace for continuity and improvement
