YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

·  Conduct real time problem analysis
i) Equipment Alarms/failure, , alarms, LOH, SPC OOC/OOS, Defect failure, and FDC failure & determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved & through studying past cases. Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures. Implement more user-friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures & TPM.
·  All basic inline investigation reported real time to relevant owners with full details.
·  Response to Lots on Hold. Disposition lots at real time, and implement actions to prevent re-occurance.
·  Set up preventive action/solution and robust system to maintain good quality
·  Support training of operators through spec documentation, establishment of training materials, as well as training of OJT trainers(line).
·  Provide APE/PT with training to help them to improve skills.
·  YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
·  Diploma
·  3 years or above of process experience
·  Technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment
·  Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift
·  Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..;
·  English business proficiency
