YOUR ROLE

Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.

·  Conduct real time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms and SPC violation & determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved & through studying past cases.
·  Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures.
·  All basic inline investigation reported real time to relevant owners with full details.
·  Response to Lots on Hold. Disposition lots at real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
·  Conduct appropriate equipment, tools and process qualification.

Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists and Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed targets.

Provide cross functional/cross-dept/cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority.

Share technical knowledge with new Engineers.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Higher Nitec (ITE)
·  Basic computer skills (Excel, logs, reports)
·  Ability to follow strict procedures
· 
Strong awareness of workplace safety, knowledge of hazard identification, lockout/tagout (LOTO).
