YOUR ROLE

•Responsible for optimizing process, tools and systems to achieve best in class product quality and productivity in EWS operation.
•Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
•Responsible for improving quality-yield in Test process, resolving process/product deviations (like excursion, RMA) in short turnaround time
•Provide cross functional/cross-dept/cross-EWS support & coverage based on need & priority.
•Participate in cost reduction projects to maintain cost efficiency
•Understand each process flow and prepare the operating procedure

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Degree in electronics/mechanical engineering, sciences or Diploma in electronics/mechanical engineering, sciences with engineering experienced
•Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, PBI, office suite..
•Advantage of possessing Design of Experiment (DOE), 8D methodology, Failure mode effect and Analysis (FMEA)
•English proficiency
•Possess strong interpersonal skills to teamwork within and with other departments
