You are responsible for running the shift: managing people, executing the production plan, and ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time.
Your role
· Drive production output to meet targets, ensure smooth WIP flow, and maximize equipment capacity.
· Monitor and improve production yield and quality by promoting awareness and corrective action.
· Ensure effective manpower allocation, discipline, and productivity across shifts.
· Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
· Maintain strong workforce discipline and ensure audit readiness.
· Optimize people productivity through effective resource management and multi-skills//training development.
· Contribute to production planning to increase throughput and maximize manpower/equipment utilization.
· Foster a positive working environment through strong human resource management practices.
· Promote a safe, green, and healthy workplace by supporting EHS compliance.
· Support cost reduction efforts and responsible resource usage.
Requirements
· Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical , or a related technical field.
· 2–5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing; semiconductor, electronics, or cleanroom/automated environment experience is preferred.
· Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-handling skills.
· Ability to organize manpower, assign tasks, and manage breaks while maintaining output.
· Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment , including rotating shifts, weekends, and nights.
