YOUR ROLE

·  To manage facilities cleanroom system comprising of ACMV (Make-up air, temperature control valve temperature, dry coil), fan filter unit, ionizer, building element.
·  Work with the team to ensure cleanroom operating parameters such as relative humidity, room pressurization, particle, airborne molecular contaminant, ESD are within its specification.
·  Urgency in executing containment action upon facilities operating parameters out of specification followed by root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action.
·  Analyze system performance and capacity including propose reasonably practical engineering solutions for robustness improvement.
·  Follow up on comprehensive maintenance plan and checklist thru Computerized Management Maintenance System.
·  Plan and execute scheduled preventive & corrective maintenance.
·  Manage Spare Part Inventory systematically.
·  Prepare detail Request For Quotation, vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase requisition, service rendered evaluation and invoicing.
·  Manage and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and projects.
·  Manage Permit-To-Work application including reviewing Risk Assessment, Method Statement and other related documents. (Attend to critical interfacing to life system and get approval from production before start works)

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
·  Entry level
·  Extensive knowledge of excel office suite.;
·  English business proficiency
