YOUR ROLE

·  Drive continuous improvement and optimization of assembly process.
·  Lead Process Change Management, define qualification strategies, and cross-functional Change Review Boards.
·  Own process documentation and ensure consistency across PFMEA, Reverse PFMEA, Flow Charts, Control Plans, Work Instructions, OCAPs, and defect catalogues.
·  Conduct process risk assessment through PFMEA and implement mitigation action plans.
·  Monitor process KPIs, improve Yield, reduce Scrap, and support cost reduction initiatives.
·  Support internal and external audits (VDA, IATF) and ensure implementation of associated actions.
·  Support customer complaint investigations through root cause analysis, corrective actions and effectiveness follow-up.
·  Lead MSA studies (GR&R, Bias and Linearity) to ensure measurement system capability.
·  Collaborate with NPI, R&D and suppliers on new products and major process changes.
·  Support MRB investigations through process analysis and root cause identification for non-conforming products.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial)
·  + 2 years of experience
·  Strong logical and analytical mindset
·  Ability to learn quickly and integrate effectively
·  Solid understanding of KPI monitoring, Yield improvement, and scrap reduction
·  Good communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills
