We're building a browser-based platform that detects and manages SaaS usage across large enterprises in real-time. Our technology combines a high-performance browser extension (300,000+ users) with data processing pipelines that analyze usage patterns, and a contextual notification system. We operate at the intersection of browser technology, real-time data processing, and enterprise security to help companies control their SaaS ecosystem and guide employees to better software usage.
Descriptif du poste
We're looking for a Solution Engineer Intern to join Beamy's Services team for a 6 month internship . You will actively support our Solution Engineers during the technical deployment and configuration of the Beamy solution for large Enterprise clients. You'll report to Adrien , Solution Engineer Manager! You will play a key role in operational activities and process improvements, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
· Technical Implementation Support (50%)
-Support with preparing deployment files, scripts, etc.
-Conduct analyses and validations on technical configuration files.
-Provide level 1 Technical support to our clients (data flow updates, technical assets configurations, etc.).
-Become proficient in Beamy’s internal Backoffice tool by assisting with data flow configurations and platform setup management.
· Project Management & Coordination (30%)
-Track project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure deliverables are met.
-Provide internal reporting on deployment progress and key milestones.
-Support coordination of client meetings and technical workshops
· Continuous Improvement & Documentation (20%)
-Help monitor the quality and coverage of ongoing client deployments.
-Ensure technical documentation is updated regularly.
-Consolidate and capitalize on each deployment feedback (REX).
Profil recherché
·
You are currently pursuing a Master 2 in Engineering (generalist).
·
You have ideally completed at least one internship in a technical or customer support role.
·
You have strong technical aptitude and enjoy problem-solving.
·
Communication: You're able to explain technical concepts simply and have good interpersonal skills
·
Languages: You’re french native and a high English level.
·
You are curious, proactive, and a great team player.
