We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team . You will play a critical role in scaling our team while maintaining a high talent density .

Job Description

As Qevlar's first dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own and optimize our hiring processes. Your mission is to attract and engage top talent across tech, sales, marketing, and other functions. In your first 6 months, you'll focus on:

· 
Sourcing & Pipeline Building – Proactively identify and engage top talent through sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and outreach campaigns.

· 
Managing the Hiring Process – Work closely with hiring managers to streamline pipelines, reduce time-to-hire, and optimize decision-making.

· 
Employer Branding & Automation – Enhance Qevlar’s visibility as an employer, craft compelling job ads, and refine our recruitment tools and processes.

You'll also have the flexibility to introduce new tools and automation to make our hiring process more efficient.

Preferred Experience

We’re looking for a high-potential recruiter with ~2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech, SaaS, or startups. You should  be excited about building and optimizing recruitment processes from the ground up.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

· 
Sourcing & Outreach – LinkedIn engagement, and proactive talent identification.

· 
TS & Job Posting Platforms – Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and managing job postings.

· 
Stakeholder Collaboration – Ability to work closely with hiring managers and refine hiring strategies.

· 
Proactiveness & Autonomy – You take ownership, improve processes, and act as Qevlar’s first ambassador to candidates.

· 
Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have

· 
Experience with AI-driven hiring tools

· 
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

· 
Data-driven recruitment & process optimization mindset.

· 
Fluent in French

Recruitment Process

· 
Screening Interview – 30 min with our Chief of Staff

· 
Case Study – asynchronous case study + Panel Presentation (1h)

· 
Final Interview with founders (1h)
