We believe AI can help public institutions make better decisions: faster, more evidence-based, more responsive, and more accountable to the people they serve.

Our platform helps public institutions synthesize evidence, simulate how policy choices may affect people, budgets, and outcomes before rollout, monitor real-world results, and continuously improve decisions over time.

We closed a $5.7M seed round earlier this year, led by Relentless, with participation from a16z speedrun, Liquid 2, Operator Collective, Entourage, Station F, Plug and Play and others. We are now scaling across the US and Europe and hiring founding team members to help build a new category at the intersection of AI, simulation, public policy, and institutional decision-making.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate/Business Operations Intern to join the founding team in Paris for a summer internship under a convention de stage.

This internship is designed for a student who wants to learn how an early-stage AI company is built from the inside. You’ll support the founding team on business operations projects across hiring, finance, admin coordination, internal systems, and special projects, while gaining hands-on exposure to how a startup operates across France, the UK, and the US.

You’ll work closely with the founders and receive regular supervision and feedback. The internship will focus on developing practical skills in startup operations, project management, hiring coordination, financial tracking, and cross-functional execution.

Preferred Experience

You’re a fit if you

Are currently enrolled in a university, business school, engineering school, or similar program, and are eligible for a convention de stage.

Are highly organized and reliable: you enjoy making things clearer, tracking details, following up, and keeping projects moving.

· 
Are comfortable in a fast-moving environment where not everything is fully defined yet, and you’re eager to learn how to bring structure to ambiguity.

· 
Take pride in doing the small things well — scheduling, notes, trackers, research, follow-ups, documents — because you understand they make the whole company run better.

· 
Are curious about startups and want to understand how an early-stage company gets built from the inside.

· 
Are proactive, low-ego, and happy to jump into different kinds of work across operations, hiring, finance, admin, and special projects.
