Job Description

Greenly is a B corp certified SaaS founded in 2019 by Alexis , Matthieu and Arnaud . It allows each company to easily track their carbon footprint, to take part in the fight against climate change.

More than 2000 companies have already trusted Greenly to effectively reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. With Greenly, companies measure accurately, reduce sustainably, contribute intelligently and report on their progress.

Our platform combines smart data collection with advanced features to create the world’s most intuitive carbon accounting solution. On top of that, Greenly also offers the personalised guidance of a Climate Expert throughout the client’s journey!

 About the role

As Greenly grows to become the leading sustainability platform in the world, we need to structure our growth more than ever and efficiently track our KPIs to make informed strategic decisions

Greenly's leadership is currently held by our CEO and COO, who oversee the heads of departments and regions. We are currently looking for an ambitious and proactive student to function as their right hand by providing support in tracking the various tasks involved, measure each teams' KPIs and operationally execute the strategy.

  Your main tasks and responsibilities :

·  Tracking and analysing KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform the company's strategic decisions
·  Monitoring the progress of various teams (Sales, Account Managers, Delivery, Partnerships) and projects
·  Providing support in drafting presentations for strategic clients, partners, and investors
·  Project management for key initiatives

What we're looking for : 

·  Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous and ready to take initiative
·  Student in business / finance / entrepreneurship / engineering
·  Extremely well organized and capable of juggling different topics
·  Curious about how to run an organisation in all aspects (strategy, sales, international development, legal, HR, finance…)
·  Reactive and a fast learner
·  Total fluency in both French and English
