Descriptif du poste

As an AI Customer Success Manager , you will ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients by delivering impactful LinkedIn strategies, managing projects, and driving measurable results.

1. Customer Onboarding - Marketing Strategy

· 
Organize and lead onboarding workshops to deeply understand client objectives.

· 
Define tailored LinkedIn strategies for personal branding, lead generation, and ad performance.

2. Project Management

· 
Oversee the implementation of client projects during the setup and run phases, including:

·  Developing content strategies.
·  Launching outbound campaigns.
·  Managing and optimizing LinkedIn ads.
· 
Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and maintain high standards of execution.

3. Account Management

· 
Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships.

· 
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.

· 
Provide monthly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as audience growth, engagement rates, and lead generation.

· 
Analyze campaign performance using AI-driven tools and suggest data-backed improvements to maximize ROI.

· 
Adapt strategies continuously based on campaign insights, client feedback, and evolving business goals.

5. AI Tools Mastery:

· 
Leverage and master Moriah’s suite of internal AI tools designed for LinkedIn marketing.

· 
Provide feedback to the development team and contribute to the ongoing improvement of these solutions.
