Job Description

Greenly is a climate suite that streamlines data collection and analysis through integrations, making the calculation of carbon emissions accurate, intuitive, and affordable.

Every day, we work with the goal of enabling our clients to commit to an efficient carbon reduction trajectory and to engage their entire ecosystem (employees, clients, suppliers) around their climate strategy.

Greenly supports clients within all industries. Currently working with over 2,500 clients, our assistance goes beyond basic carbon assessments by also including services such as Green IT, lifecycle analysis (LCA), and compliance with SBTi and CSRD initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Greenly is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to join our Brand Marketing team! If you're passionate about sustainability and social media, this is your opportunity to make an impact by helping us grow our online presence and engage with our community.

YOUR DAILY TASKS 

Content Creation & Management

·  Manage Greenly’s LinkedIn channel by creating, scheduling, and optimizing engaging content.
·  Oversee and create content for LEAF Media’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
·  Develop and execute original, high-impact social media campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.

Employee Advocacy & Community Management

·  Support Greenly employees in sharing thought leadership content on LinkedIn beyond just expanding their network.
·  Moderate and manage Greenly’s LinkedIn communities by approving posts and fostering discussions.
·  Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

Performance Tracking & Strategy

·  Track and analyse the success of social media campaigns using HubSpot dashboards.
·  Develop strategies to improve LinkedIn conversion rates.
·  Monitor social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to refine Greenly's social media strategy.
·  Coordinate with the Brand & Content Teams to align social media content with Greenly’s overall messaging and campaigns.

  SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES NEEDED TO SUCCEED

·  Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

·  Experience with content creation, community management, and social media analytics.

·  Ability to think creatively and propose innovative campaigns.

·  Passion for sustainability and interest in Greenly’s mission.

·  Video editing skills are a plus!

  COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

·  1200 gross monthly salary 

·  Your monthly transportation fee 50% covered by Greenly (Pass Navigo).
