Graybox is an early-stage MLOps startup building a model training solution for deep neural networks.

Our goal is to create a platform that simplifies the experimentation process, making it easier, faster, and more cost-effective for any AI developer.

We are an international team split between Paris and Zurich.

Job Description

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the visual and interaction design of our core product and brand. You’ll work directly with our founding team to define user flows, design beautiful and functional interfaces, and bring our brand identity to life across touchpoints.

Preferred Experience

What You’ll Do

· 
Design user interfaces for our AI platform (web-based)

· 
Define intuitive user experiences that match the needs of AI/ML teams

· 
Contribute to branding, visual language, and design systems

· 
Prototype and iterate quickly based on user feedback and team input

· 
Collaborate closely with engineers and founders

What We’re Looking For

· 
Proven experience designing SaaS or developer tools

· 
Strong visual design and UX sensibility

· 
Ability to go from wireframes to polished interfaces

· 
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Framer, Adobe CC, etc.

· 
(Bonus) Interest in AI/ML, devtools, or complex technical products
