Mission
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape Mercateam's future product offerings and scale our product team. Working closely with our CPO & Co-founder, you will own the entire product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality user experiences and market-leading innovations.
Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product execution.
·
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs and innovation opportunities.
·
Prioritize product features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
·
Develop and maintain product documentation (user stories, use cases, specs).
·
Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data for continuous improvement.
·
Act as the main product reference, supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Indicators

Successful product launches and adoption rates.

Execution of roadmap on time and within scope.

Profil recherché
Mandatory
·
5+ years in Product Management : Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle in a SaaS B2B context.
·
Agile methodologies : Strong understanding of agile development processes.
·
Data-driven decision-making : Proficiency in SQL to extract and analyze data.
·
Low-code / No-code expertise : Hands-on experience with Make, Airtable, Softr for MVP validation.
·
Excellent communication & leadership : Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bonus skills

Experience in HRTech or industry-related startups .

Technical background or familiarity with software development.
