Job Description

Nefture is seeking a Business Developer with experience in the DeFi ecosystem, particularly in areas such as sales, partnerships, and risk management solutions for institutional DeFi investors. The ideal candidate should be motivated, ambitious, and passionate about revolutionizing risk management and security within the DeFi space.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Nefture's objectives, facilitating collaboration between technology partners and the DeFi ecosystem.

· 
Engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, social media networking, and participation in industry events.

· 
Qualify leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.

· 
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of business development processes and strategies.

Preferred Experience

· 
Demonstrable experience in business development, B2B sales, or related roles within the DeFi sector.

· 
Established network within institutional circles.

· 
Experience in devising and executing brand strategies.

· 
Strong understanding of business development techniques and tools.

· 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.

· 
Well-organized with analytical capabilities to formulate a robust business development strategy.

· 
Ability to work independently and proactively.

· 
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
