Chift is a young & fast-growing start-up .

We created Chift in April 2022 after signing our first customers. In 2023, we were selected among the "Future 40" best companies of Station F. Now, we just closed a funding round with international investors.

We have amongst the biggest European fintechs as clients and we aim at being the European leader in our field.

Things are moving fast and we want to surround ourselves with passionate and positive people to grow in a good atmosphere. We aim to hire 10 people by the end of the year.

You'll be working closely with the 3 co-founders and the first team members. It is a unique opportunity to participate in such a growth trajectory.

Job Description

After France and The Netherlands, Chift is actively expanding into Spain and launching other countries in the meantime. As a Business Development Intern , you'll play a hands-on role in supporting Chift’s European expansion in the Netherlands and Spain. Working closely with our CEO and the Country Managers, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, fine-tuning our sales processes, and supporting local teams on the ground.

Your responsibilities:

· 
Lead generation & outreach : Help craft and execute highly targeted, multi-channel outreach strategies to grow our sales pipeline and scale to the moon (no cold calls here — everything’s automated and data-driven)

· 
Expansion strategy : Be the right hand of the Sales & Country Managers. Analyze new markets, identify key prospects, partners & competitors to fuel our expansion playbook.

· 
Sales ops & automation : Help optimize and automate our internal sales processes to make the team faster and smarter.

· 
Events & field support : Help organize Chift’s events across Europe and support our teams on-site — in Paris, Madrid, or Amsterdam.

· 
Master B2B sales : From sourcing to qualification and closing a deal: you’ll gain a full-stack view of how B2B sales work in a fast-growing tech startup.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and Growth team in Brussels and gain real exposure to what it takes to scale a startup.

Preferred Experience

· 
A student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing or Finance with a strong interest in technology (super important!).

· 
Startup enthusiast : our environment is more “rock’n’roll” than corporate. You need to be super focused, having a sens of urgency and ready to hustle.

· 
A natural “doer” : you’ll be the engine of your own internship. Your energy will define your experience.

· 
Willing to learn about B2B sales in the tech industry

· 
You speak English and at least one of the following: French, Dutch, or Spanish .

· 
You’re curious about Technology & AI . No need to be an expert, but if APIs, integrations, fintech sound familiar, you’re on the right track.
