Kraaft is “the WhatsApp for construction.” Our mission is to simplify life for millions of workers globally (so they can finish early and enjoy BBQs or happy hours at home…).
On Kraaft, you create a simple discussion group for each construction project, share photos, documents… it's so simple that no training is needed for field teams. The messages then get classified - either manually or through AI - into geographic maps, folders, and no-code forms! It's a little revolution compared to the usual reporting constraints of operations!
Kraaft was created 5 years ago, has now 20,000 active users, 1,000+ clients in 5 different countries... and is fueled by a super dynamic 34-people team!

Following our recent funding round, Kraaft is expanding internationally and looking for its new Business Developer for Germany .
The German division currently consists of Julia, our passionate Germanophile, who’s seeking her adventure partner…

Your main responsibilities:
Your role will encompass 90% sales and 10% marketing .
·
90% - Business development: Build your client portfolio across the entire sales cycle: prospecting (outbound and inbound strategies), demos, closing, and client relationship management.

10% - Strengthen our brand image in Germany: Translate and create content, shoot videos with clients, participate in trade shows and professional events, understand the market, and network with other businesses.

Learning Mindset: Someone ambitious and eager to learn (reading, listening to podcasts, networking with people better than you…).

Sales Enthusiast: You love all aspects of sales – calling clients, understanding their pain points, solving problems, and closing deals. Even if you don’t have experience in all areas, you’re confident you’ll enjoy them!

Entrepreneurial, Hunter Mindset: Someone who thrives on blank pages and varied missions. We’re just starting abroad, so everything needs to be built and structured.

Team Player: Empathy, collaboration, and a proactive attitude are essential. You take initiative without hesitation.

Field-Oriented: Someone who enjoys being in the field – visiting construction sites at 6 a.m. with croissants, having lunch on the 17th floor of a skyscraper, touring the Paris sewers, or negotiating a 300K contract!

Native German Speaker: Native-level German with excellent oral and written communication skills. Comfort in English is essential; French proficiency is a plus.

Recruitment Process

Call with Julia (30 min): A first conversation to get to know you, your background, skills, and how you’d fit into our team dynamic.

Business Case: Solve a practical sales scenario. Julia and Marc (co-founder) will evaluate your problem-solving skills, sales strategies, and how you handle real-life challenges.
