What do you contribute?  

As our new working student (f/m/d) you will support the international Bid Managers (f/m/d) with tasks such as:

• Management of the creation of customer documents in English
• Checking and managing the status in Share Point (2016/Online 365)
• Formatting and spelling correction with the help of tools
• Requirement management
• Entering customer documents into the IBM-DOORS database
• Supporting the requirement manager in recording compliance checks and creating reports
• Transferring the results into final customer documents
• Risk management
• Entering the results of the risk assessment in the database
• Organization and implementation of offer-risk workshops
• Process improvement
• Supporting continuous improvement processes
• Support in the development of automation steps with e.g. Excel VBA programming, Power BI, etc.
• Research on rail communication network topics

What do you bring along?

• You are currently studying in a technical field and are available for approx. 12-20h/week.
• You already have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• In addition, basic knowledge of MS SharePoint, Power BI and/or Excel VBA programming is desirable.
• You would also like to work in an international environment and have a systematic and reliable way of working.
• You are fluent in English, good German skills are a plus.

Attractive conditions

With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with 14,68€ per hour and receive 18,73 per hour from the 7th month.
