Analytics Lab is a recently founded young and energetic team, within Siemens IT, that develops analytics solutions for a multitude of Siemens Business Units. Our international team spans from Germany to China and our project portfolio from natural language processing to time-series forecasting and from recommendation engines to operation research. So, what is the challenge?

· 
To participate in the development and deployment of innovative machine learning and statistical models

· 
To experiment with packages and libraries that were just published, demonstrate their functionality and have a say on their adoption to our team

· 
To conduct ad-hoc analysis for strategic projects and work with BI-tools

· 
To work in the cloud

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

· 
You are successfully studying computer science, business informatics, mathematics or similar

· 
Your programming skills in R or Python are on an advanced level and you are experienced with SQL

· 
You know the basics of machine learning and statistics

· 
You have experience in BI-tools such as Tableau and working in a cloud environment such as AWS– but do not worry if not

· 
And last but not least: you are creative, trustworthy, result-oriented and passionate for analytics
