What do you contribute?  

Continuous improvement is crucial for us as a learning organization. Non-conformances are one the most important sources to learn from

• As part of our NCC (Non Conformance Cost) Management -Team you will directly support our NCC Manager and NCC Controller in their daily tasks.
• Your main focus will be on NCC analysis in terms of coordination of Route Cause analysis, transfer of lessons learned and improvements in the tools and tracking of their status and actions. In addition, you will support our regions in implementing of our NCC process and in the usage of the tools.
• Furthermore, you will support with the preparation of NCC meetings in the global Project Management Community and in the continuous improvement of our processes.
• You will support the Management-team in preparing presentations.

What do you bring along?

• You are studying a technical degree or business degree.
• During your studies you were able to gain initial experience in project management, ideally in the topics of Risk and NCC management.
• Ideally, you have initial practical experience in the field of data collection, analysis and visualization (e.g. Power BI).
• Your working time is on average 15 hours per week.
• You have experience in using tools for creating presentations (e.g. Power Point) and demonstrate outstanding communication skills, ideally in German and English, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the company

Attractive conditions

With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with 14,68€ per hour and receive 18,73 per hour from the 7th month.
