We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer!!

You’ll createimpact by:

• Provide Consulting support on WinCC OA Based on System Architectures and Integration
• Design, develop, and implement SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems using WinCC Open Architecture.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Programming and Configuration:
• Write, test, and debug software code/Control Scripts to meet defined requirements.
• Configure and customize WinCC Open Architecture applications based on project specifications.
• Integrate SCADA systems with various hardware and software components.
• Conduct detailed testing and solving to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, design, and implementation.
• Prepare user manuals and technical documents for end-users and support teams.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Look out for industry trends and advancements in SCADA and industrial automation technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance system performance.

Your definingqualities :

• Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 + Yrs of shown experience in IT Industry.
• 3+ Years of shown ability as a WinCC Open Architecture Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in WinCC Open Architecture programming and configuration.
• Proven understanding of SCADA systems and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Certification in WinCC Open Architecture development.
• Experience in integrating SCADA systems with IoT (Internet of Things) devices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standard methodologies in industrial automation.
