Your future role.
- You will be part of our global Functional Excellence team.
- You will be the direct support of the Functional Excellence head.
- You will attend to meetings, where you have to take over the preparation, the MoMs and activities of resulting tasks.
- Besides that, you will support the other team members by organizing meetings and workshops.
- Finally, you will get an intensive overview of the activities of all the methods, processes and tools within Procurement.
- Your duties will also include general administrative support in day-to-day business.
Your profile.
- You are currently studying at a University specializing in e.g. supply chain management or business administration.
- Your handling of the common MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, is well-founded and you also score points with SharePoint knowledge.
- Ability to work in a multi-culture environment and to deal with several complex tasks, situations, and various stakeholders at the same time.
- An analytic and conscious way of thinking and approaching things.
- Your organizational skills are outstanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as ability to speak to various levels of hierarchy make you stand out.
- Excellent German and English-skills, both spoken and written, round up your profile.
