We are now recruiting Warehouse Operatives to be part of this exciting business who will receive and deliver goods.Warehouse Operatives willinspect incoming goods and as materials move in and out of the warehouse they update will update SAP. They conduct stock taking and handle waste packaging and material removal. They ensure that production have fully stocked consumable goods as required.

What are my responsibilities?

· Receipt and inspection of goods
· Maintenance of data quality in SAP
· Internal delivery of goods to production
· Follow up with Procurement to ensure deliveries are on schedule
· Incoming inspection of goods
· Liaison with external delivery personnel
· Conduct stock taking
· Ensure work area is continuously clean, tidy and free from any hazards
· Ensure compliance with all Siemens policies, standards and instructions particularly health and safety
· Ensure Production have blade raw materials including consumables as required
· Process and deliver materials according to specifications and quality standards

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Knowledge of PPE and safety equipment
· Good working knowledge of SAP
· Experience of providing excellent customer service to internal and external colleagues
· Experience of working with in a warehouse in a similar role
· Good working knowledge of health and safety standards
· Fork lift truck or small crane license / experience desirable
· Experience of driving large vehicles
· Experience of working a shift pattern that includes nights & weekends

What else do I need to know?

· You will work a shift pattern that may include nights and weekends, plus some hand over time at the beginning and at the end of each shift. You would normally work an average of 40 hours per week.
