About the role

Mission

·Conducts individual and T3000 SPPA training courses and activities for employees and customers.

What are my responsibilities?

·  Conducts individual and T3000 SPPA training courses and activities for employees and customers.
·  Conducts special SPPA T3000 system administration trainings for Siemens administrators.
·  Training schedule is created, published and updated regularly
·  Performs trainings or arranges Trainers' training services.
·  Evaluates and obtains training programs and materials from Global Training Centre.
·  Reviews feedback and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.
·  Ensures training equipment is according to German spec and in working condition.
·  Training software licenses are installed and maintained to ensure validity.
·  System backups are made of disaster recovery.
·  Monthly training reports are created for local management as well as Global Centre.
·  OneLMS database is updated regularly.
·  Trainee's information is captured, certificates are created and printed
·  Assist Sales department with Sppa-T3000 system introduction and maintenance to customer (presentations and meetings)
·  Order necessary training stationary and ensure availability (notepads, pens and certificate paper) according to Siemens corporate standards and change if necessary
·  Support Service team as System admin or service engineer in case of emergencies or breakdowns.
·  Responsible for general administration and Management of Training Centre.

What do I need to qualify?

·  Must have an Engineering Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
·  5- 10 experience as a Trainer
·  Must good T3000 SPPA System knowledge
·  T3000 SPPA Trainers certificate would be an advantage
·  Must have experience in Evaluating needs and current practices
·  Must have experience creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as modules and guides
·  It is essential to have good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
·  Ability to transfer knowledge is essential
