• Responsible for the Domestic and export customer inspection. Based on the inspection plan, preparation and submission of inspection reports, breaker

test reports, RTC’s to the customer in addition with calibration report, bought out component TC’s etc.

• Cooperate with project manager to complete the FAT to meet customer requirements. Submission of QAP & Compliance documents as per the project

plan.

• Good at the testing and commissioning skills of MV/LV switchgear including Protection Relay Configurations & Communication (IEC 61850, Goose).

• Performing routine testing of MV & LV Panels along with Circuit Breakers as per relevant IEC & IS standard and customer requirement in order to

ensure the best quality product.

• Providing feedback to concerned execution engineer regarding drawing related issues.

• Working as per LEAN principle and to suggest improvement to eliminate waste.

• Good knowledge of EHS guideline to be followed during electrical / mechanical testing.

• Improve testing process, including tools, testing equipment’s and testing instruments to develop efficiency and product quality.

• Technically support and implement maintenance measures for test facilities and measuring Equipment.

• Actively organize or participate in quality improvement activities; Cooperate with customer Complaint to investigate, analyze and improve the related

quality issues.

• Safety: Safely operate the testing tools and equipment and maintain them timely. Do Site Observation Tour and 6S anytime and anywhere in testing

area to ensure testing work in safe and orderly implementation
