Taks &Responsibilities:

  • As a test manager, you coordinate the test on mechatronic components andsystems for medical imaging in radiography and laboratory diagnostics
  • You are responsible for the testability of requirements and the designof mechatronic tests
  • You create test concepts, plans and cost estimates to implement thetests on time and within budget
  • Based on the requirements, you plan the required system configurationsand the deployment of the test personnel
  • You identify test process improvements and automate tests. In the courseof this, you will continue to advance the test digitization
  • You coordinate the supervision and commissioning of tests with externalpartners or at universities

Qualifications& Experience:

  • You have completed a master's degree/diploma in the field ofmechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable in connection with severalyears of professional experience as a test manager for complex mechatronicsystems
  • We also look forward to applicants with a bachelor's degree or completedvocational training and further education in connection with many years of professionalexperience in this field
  • Based on your experience and competence, you are able to developinnovative new methods that help to digitize and improve the productivity ofthe test processes
  • You have experience with agile test management methods and tools andhave in-depth knowledge of toolchains. Alternatively, bring the willingness andaffinity to familiarize yourself with it during your induction phase with us
  • Solid knowledge of model-based testing or automation of test activitiesas well as experience with HiL / SiL are desirable
  • ISTQB certification is desirable

Profile &Skills:

  • You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken,in order to be able to easily exchange ideas both in the team and in contactwith the various stakeholders
  • You are a team player with high interpersonal skills and have analyticalskills and a structured, independent way of working
  • You are also interested in future-oriented technologies and methods
  • Your profile is rounded off by initiative and a high level ofcommunication and analysis skills

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 3000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
