What will you do?
• Responsible to drive supplier management activities for assigned material families e.g. with electronic or mechnical component suppliers
• Develop strategies to establish supplier releationship and increase supplier performance
• Achieve the committed objectives for each supplier e.g. reduction of delivery times to target level, electronic supplier communication and logistic agreements
• Drive initiatives and report progress to the management on regular base
• Sourcing activities and execution for supply base implementation according to the Commodity strategy conceived - RFQ, Comparison, ToCo, Sourcing Committee, supplier negotiations
• Develop reporting model to track project status via digital tools e.g. PowerBI
• Drive supplier risk categorization, evaluation and development in conjunction with the cross-functional team members such as Logistics, Quality and Procurement
• Develop supplier improvement measures and support execution of supplier audits
What will you need to succeed?
• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing)
• Negotiation skills and Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer Service (driven)
• Management of internal and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• SAP MM Modules knowledge will be an asset
• Material Management, Project Logistics and Import & Export know-how
• Fluent English is a must
• 2 to 5 years of experience preferred
