Your tasks and responsibilities.

As Telequalification Manager (f/m/d) you are responsible for enriching incoming interested parties with additional sales-related information (MQL).
  • In doing so, you screen incoming requests from prospects via Siemens driven Campaigns, e-mail and other customer touch points.
  • You gather information about the prospect/company using social media (e.g. LinkedIn) and internet research (Google, company website).
  • Furthermore you prepare the interview based on the gathered information (see above).
  • Leading the prospective customer conversation with the aim of obtaining further sales-related information is also in your responsibility.
  • You use the CRM tool SieSales (SalesForce) to qualify and forward enriched lead from interested parties to the responsible salesperson/ Team.
  • Moreover you need to track forwarded requests.
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have experience in B2B sales, sales, field service and telemarketing. First experiences in dialogue marketing is an advantage, but not a must have.
  • You know how to use existing and emerging social media tools to monitor targeted accounts and buying groups. SalesForce experience is an advantage, but not a must.
  • You have the ability to perform prospect and account research.
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, f.e. with a focus on communications or in a social sector or a similar qualification 
  • You are proactive, creative and open to exploring new ways of gathering insights.
  • You shine with experience in an industry with a significant customer/prospect as well as with customer service work.
  • You bring a friendly manner and commitment in dealing with interlocutors as well as sensitivity and empathy.
  • You have business fluent German and English skills.
