We are currently in search of experienced Technical Writer who will drive technical documentation for molecular imaging-based product portfolio such as user manuals, job aids, technical instructions, bulletins.

As a “Technical Writer and Editor”, you will be part of a global team setup and will work closely with key decision makers, including roles from PLM and marketing organizations, to enable Healthcare Providers worldwide to better diagnose and treat the patients for diseases such as Cancer. More so, you will be encouraged to provide innovative ideas towards product, processes and productivity improvements and contribute towards realizing them by learning required new tools and technologies.

 

 

• Develop on-line help for Molecular Imaging products

• Participate in all phases of document development cycle, including project scope and requirements, documentation design, etc.

• Participate in the research of technical and engineering information, including drawings, design and test specifications, product prototypes, and interviews with subject matter experts

• Adhere to style and terminology for content within the information product and across information products

• Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Complete and maintains required quality system records for technical documentation

• Participate in reviews and corrections of identified inaccuracies and inefficiencies

• Work in close coordination with technical teams, product and project management for planning and delivery

• Regular reporting to stakeholders on status, risks and issues

 

 

• Engineering Graduate or any equivalent degree

• Preferably having around 3-4 years of industry experience with technical writing (not applicable for internal candidates)

• Expertise in technical documentation (analysis, concept, design).

• Knowledge of content management systems, authoring tools, graphic tools, documentation standards and rules

• Familiarity with understanding of XML files and the use of XSD files

• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills

• Ability to work as an individual contributor and take ownership

• Seeks opportunities to increase product knowledge

• Experience working with global team and flexible to work across partner time zones to suit work requirement

• Medical Imaging and Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred
