This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • You will perform needsanalysis, design and development, implementation, and evaluation of complextechnical training activities for employees and customers.
  • You will facilitateindividual and group technical training courses and activities for employeesand customers manufacturing PET biomarkers.
  • You will develop trainingmaterials to include training handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visualaids, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures.
  • You will take part inmonitoring the effectiveness of course materials, reviewing feedback, andmodifying/revising course materials.
  • You will partner withSubject Matter Experts to develop technical training materials that meet allregulatory requirements following the ADDIE training model.
  • You will have theopportunity to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and PETmanufacturing facilities to successfully implement strategic initiatives.

  • You have strong verbal andwritten communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, andthe ability to facilitate effective training programs.
  • You can interpreteducational needs and develop effective instructional media solutions.
  • You have extensive workingknowledge in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating trainingplans, curricula, and methodology.
  • You have experience withgeneral radiation safety and hazardous material handling or similar technicalexperience, but training will be provided to an otherwise well-qualifiedcandidate
  • You have good PC skills (MSOffice software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role

  • BA/BS in Education, Training,HR or science related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years’experience in education preferred, advanced degree may be substituted forexperience.
  • Remote work within driving distance from Knoxville, TN is an option.  Required to travel to our Knoxville, TN office site monthly.
