This is a role well suited to anambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Provide remote and on-site support to both U.S. and International customers for Siemens biomarker platforms.
• Dispatch in support of escalation events where local support teams have been unable to resolve issues.
• Take part at the knowledge exchange with our R&D team to improve and further develop our products.
• Continuously strive to help improve our processes and systems

This positionmay suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to dodevelop your career with Healthineers

• You have experience working in a biomarker or chemistry production field.
• You have experience working with laboratory production equipment and troubleshooting issues with production processes or equipment.
• You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• You enjoy driving change and improvement.
• You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, is expected

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.  Prior military encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 3-5 years biomarker or chemistry applications field
• General knowledge of basic electromechanical systems
• Willing to travel up to 20%
