Using yourexpertise, you will be responsible for:
1) TechnicalSales professional
- Proactivelydevelops and maintains relationships with potential customers andend-customers, plans sales volumes in the respective market in alignment withthe regional company
- Builds andmaintains a regional company focused network within Siemens Mobility (SMO) actsas a first point of contact for all technical sales related queries of therespective region and influences collaboration within the organization tosecure customer business
- Prepares andcoordinates with HQ tendering team and other relevant functions within SMO allbid management and sales activities to ensure timely submission of offers andbids
- Analyses andperforms thorough mapping of customer requirements against productcapabilities, pro-actively manages requirements process within SMO and with theend customer, ensures all requirements are fully understood and addressed inthe sales process
- Analyses thespecific market conditions in the respective regions and provides feedback tothe HQ to influence the development roadmap.
2) Projectmanagement professional
- Develop andimplement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, anddeliverables.
- Monitor andtrack project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Identify andmanage project risks and issues, proactively taking necessary actions tomitigate them.
- Communicateeffectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status,risks, and issues.
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful projectexecution.
- Conductproject meetings, including kick-off, status, and closure meetings, documentingand distributing meeting minutes.
- Ensure projectdocumentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, including project plans,requirements, and technical specifications.
- Mentor andcoach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their projectmanagement skills.

- 학사 학위 소지 (전공무관)이상
- 영업/프로젝트관리업무 유경험자(5년 이상)
- 업무 상 영어 커뮤니케이션(written &spoken) 가능자
- 법적으로 한국 내 근무 가능자

- 고용형태 : 정규직(수습기간 3개월)
- 직급 : 경력에 따라 추후 결정
