Job description
Siemens Healthineers is looking for a talented and collaborative CRM Technical Operations Scientist to join our inclusive team. This full-time CRM Scientist role is based in Llanberis and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.
Working within CRM Technical Operations, you will be involved in delivering projects relating to product performance and improvement. You will obtain, collate, and analyse experimental and analytical data to accomplish complex tasks.
In your first few weeks in this Technical Operations Scientist role, you can expect to:
- Organise and implement actions required to resolve assigned projects relating to product performance or improvement.
- Plan and perform experiments to run internally or in collaboration with key stakeholders to identify the root cause of product performance issues and optimise processes.
- Review, assess, and, where required, perform suitable statistical analysis on data generated due to, or in relation to, a technical investigation.
- Interpret, summarise, and present results to the required standard.
- Comply with the relevant Quality and Environmental Standards as documented within our company Quality Management Systems.
- Comply with all company Health and Safety policies and procedures, promptly highlighting any real or potential Health and Safety issues to management.
To apply for this role, you will need to be a graduate in a science discipline, ideally postgraduate, or have extensive relevant industry experience. You will also require the following:
- Relevant transferrable skills through experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques and statistical software packages.
- Demonstrable experience with immunoassay, problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Multidisciplinary laboratory skills and practices.
