We are looking for new engineering graduates for our Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program (Digital Industries). This is a full-time, two-year rotational position requiring you to relocate for four, six-month rotations. Your first rotations will be at our Alpharetta, GA location. Subsequent rotations include (but are not limited to): Chicago, IL, Harleysville, PA, Lebanon, OH, and Detroit, MI.
You'll make an impact by:
- Develop your expertise in technical marketing engineering while gaining exposure to the latest trends in automation and industrial technologies
- Use your engineering background, creativity, and unique perspective to create new technical marketing methodologies and improve and implement go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborating with our product management, technical consulting, marketing, business strategy, sales, and R&D teams to drive and learn how to own business-enabling initiatives and advancements in the markets we serve.
- Potential rotational assignments include Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Developer, Business Analyst, Marketing Specialist, Technical Consultant, Application Engineering, and Sales Specialist
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: rising graduates (must graduate by Spring 2024 and be available to start full-time employment beginning July 2024).
- Majors: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related majors
- Must be willing and able to relocate for each rotation and travel for business purposes. Relocation assistance is provided to hires who must relocate more than 50 miles from their permanent address
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
- Business minors and/or prior business-related coursework and experience are preferred
- Resourceful, true problem-solvers who challenge themselves to find the most effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges

- The pay rate for this position is $78,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
