Smart Infrastructure - Regional Solutions & Services
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales administration of the business in Smart Infrastructure Solution and Services. The primary responsibilities include:
- Supportservice sales team for clerical works such as quotations/ tenders/ contractspreparation, Government levy applications, document hardcopy and hardcopyfiling etc.
- Support service sales team for digital system data entry work
- Assist service sales team to co-ordinate with other teams such as service operation team, commercial team, legal team etc for quotations/ tenders/ contracts approval works
- Co-ordinate with vendors for quotation requisitions
- Work with other technical assistants colleagues as back up when necessary
Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess theequivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
- Tertiary education in Business Administration/ Engineering and other equivalent disciplines
- 1-2 years’ experiences in sales administration support/ customer service support / clerical support role
- Proficiency in MS Offices such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a must
- Experience in MS One-Drive, Sales Force, SAP is an advantage
- Open to communicate with others and able to work independently
- Good command in English and Cantonese
