We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a keen, self-motivated, and business focused Security Service Team Leader to join our fast-growing team in Sydney, NSW.
The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of Siemens security solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Networking) as they will be responsible for the delivery & growth of the NSW Security Service Team. Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Training & development of team members (including Growth Talks & Performance Management).
• Ensuring high quality estimation of service project opportunities through our dedicated estimator.
• Reviewing & allocating new projects.
• Reviewing & adjusting our processes in order to maximize profit & customer satisfaction.
• Safety & quality auditing.
• Delivering on personal & team recovery expectations.
• Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Maximizing our performance against Service Team KPIs.
• Reporting on team performance (both to the wider team during our monthly service team meetings & also to higher levels of management).
• Developing & driving order intake growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will also have a desire to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with a knowledge and drive to improve business operating efficiencies whilst attaining operational and customer related goals.
